Charles C. Hinchman House (1042 Seminole)

Designed by Nettle & Kahn for the Cook Farm Company. The first owner of the house was Charles C. Hinchman. One of three similar houses designed by Nettle & Kahn for the Cook Farm Company including 996 Burns and 1022 Seminole. Charles C. Hinchman is related to Theodore Hinchman of Smith, Hinchman & Grylls. There is also an almost identical Nettle & Kahn designed house located at 99 Chandler in Detroit.
