The Joseph Marpoom House, located at 258 Eliot St. in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District, was designed by the architectural firm Baxter & O’Dell and completed in 1907. The property was officially designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District on Jan. 23, 1980, recognizing its architectural and cultural significance.
