Martin A. Edwards House

The Martin A. Edwards House, also known as the Clifford Elliot House, is located at 305 Eliot St. in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District.

Designed by the architectural firm Donaldson & Meier, it was completed in 1899 for Martin A. Edwards. The house showcases the craftsmanship and design sophistication associated with Donaldson & Meier’s early residential work. On Jan. 23, 1980, the property was officially designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District.
