The auditorium is richly decorated in a Spanish Renaissance theme. Inside the building the colors of the exterior intensify into aquas, rusts, and golds and the walls are paneled in dark wood and travertine.

A view at the Music Hall Gallery Archive on the 5th floor which opened in Dec 2018.

It's a small museum, with a timetable guaranteed to dazzle, nifty high-tech Meural Canvas info screens, and historic artifacts and vitrines filled with posters and playbills.

The gallery archive is open to the public and takes visitors through the impressive 90+ years history of Music Hall.

It showcases the history of Detroit as seen through the lens of the performing arts.
