One of the many bas reliefs on the courthouse, which used to also be home to the Post Office and Customs.

The seal of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on the courthouse. The phrase "Qui pro domina justitia sequitur" is Latin for "who for Lady Justice prosecutes," and is the DOJ's motto.
