Labadie House

Note: Though this card is correct in calling the Labadie House the oldest in the city, it was actually built in 1786, not 1750. While it's possible "S.P. Labadie" was the builder, it was Pierre Labadie who lived in the house from the beginning. Old postcards were not always accurate - and research was far more difficult around 1900, when this card was produced.
